#NÈVE is a concentrate of highly biodegradable surfactants without any phosphates, formulated in such a way as to adhere on the surface for a long time, cleansing it thoroughly, removing dirt and road contamination of any kind.

#NÈVE is safe on any surface, even the most delicate trims and metal mouldings. Thanks to the significant presence in its formula of sequestering agents of calcium carbonates, #NÈVE is able to maintain high performance even in hard water, decreasing the risk of leaving residues in the drying stage.

#NÈVE is safe on applied protection, be it wax, sealants or nanotechnological coatings. The refined composition of #NÈVE, makes this shampoo safe even if used in sunlight. #NÈVE, just like all #Labocosmetica products, is also developed, formulated and produced in Italy.

How to use

Dispense the product in the preferred way from bottom to top in a continuous  way, then leave the product on for a few minutes until the foam dissolves, so as to perform the cleaning action.

Rinse starting from the bottom upwards. In cases of more stubborn dirt it is advisable to use the product in Pump Dispenser so as to have more speed in the cleaning phase.

We offer various shipping options, including Royal Mail, Parcelforce, Hermes, and APC Overnight. Overnight delivery is available only within the continental United Kingdom. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Gold Label Car Care is not responsible for customs, duties, or taxes imposed during or after shipping. These fees are the customer's responsibility. Additionally, we're not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your item is damaged upon arrival, contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

For more information or to track your shipment, refer to your order confirmation email. Currently, we ship only within the United Kingdom. Special handling charges may apply for items weighing over 25kg.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase for all returns.

To initiate a return, contact us at customerservice@goldlabelcarcare.co.uk. If your return is approved due to damage or fault, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. We do not accept returns for items sent back without prior approval.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Non-returnable items include perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.
