Q2M Water Spot is very easy to use. Before applying, clean the bodywork with a gentle, pH-neutral HQ shampoo and dry the surface. Then spray directly onto the paint or on a microfiber cloth and wipe the area affected with water spots. If there is strong staining, spray generously directly onto the surface and wipe the surface a few times with an MF. If required - repeat.
EFFICIENT
Q2M WaterSpot is thick and oily, so very little product is required to cover a large area. It does not diminish or dry fast, so the cleaned area can be wiped multiple times.
BODYWORK & COATING SAFE
The biggest advantage of Q2M Water Spot is its safety on paintwork. Due to inappropriate maintenance, water spots may become an issue on fresh coatings. You can remove the most undesirable defects by using O2M Water Spot without the need to polish and in most cases re-apply the quartz coat. Be aware that Q2M WaterSpot might affect the hydrophobic layer of a coating. It's dangerous to leave the product on paint and especially on glass for a long time.

ADVICE ON APPLICATION:
- Wash the entire bodywork with an HQ car shampoo, rinse well and dry.
- Spray onto the affected surface and wipe off with a soft MF shortly after spraying.

- Avoid applying in direct sunlight.

We offer various shipping options, including Royal Mail, Parcelforce, Hermes, and APC Overnight. Overnight delivery is available only within the continental United Kingdom. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Gold Label Car Care is not responsible for customs, duties, or taxes imposed during or after shipping. These fees are the customer's responsibility. Additionally, we're not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your item is damaged upon arrival, contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
For more information or to track your shipment, refer to your order confirmation email. Currently, we ship only within the United Kingdom. Special handling charges may apply for items weighing over 25kg.
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase for all returns.
To initiate a return, contact us at customerservice@goldlabelcarcare.co.uk. If your return is approved due to damage or fault, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. We do not accept returns for items sent back without prior approval.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Non-returnable items include perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.
