Q2M Prep is a necessary supplement for preparing a vehicle for coating application. It allows the elimination of any oily residues, thus creating a smooth, antistatic surface.

Q2M Prep has strong cleansing and degreasing properties owing to which the preparation of the vehicle for any detailing activities becomes much easier and more efficient.

LIFTING AND DISSOLVING RESIDUE ON AUTOMOTIVE FINISHES

In contrast to other degreasers available on the market, it not only lifts oily substances and residues of paste or old wax, but is also very capable of solving them, hence their elimination becomes much easier.

• As of August 2018, GYEON Q2M Prep will have a stronger smell. This is due to a formula change to meet new EU guidelines. The product is marginally stronger, so you'll see better results, too.

Orders are processed within 1 working day, with no shipping on weekends. If there are delays, we will contact you by email or phone. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your selected method and location.

We offer various shipping options, including Royal Mail, Parcelforce, Hermes, and APC Overnight. Overnight delivery is available only within the continental United Kingdom. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Gold Label Car Care is not responsible for customs, duties, or taxes imposed during or after shipping. These fees are the customer's responsibility. Additionally, we're not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your item is damaged upon arrival, contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

For more information or to track your shipment, refer to your order confirmation email. Currently, we ship only within the United Kingdom. Special handling charges may apply for items weighing over 25kg.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase for all returns.

To initiate a return, contact us at customerservice@goldlabelcarcare.co.uk. If your return is approved due to damage or fault, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. We do not accept returns for items sent back without prior approval.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Non-returnable items include perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.
