Q²M Bug & Grime is a strong, ready-to-use bug remover spray, that has been developed to dissolve insects, bugs and road grime stains in a fast and safe way. Just a single application and rinsing with an effective pressure washer will remove most of the visible contamination, even old and resistant stains. Despite its strength, Q²M Bug & Grime is safe for all types of paintwork, quartz coatings and most waxes!
Q²M Bug&Grime is perfect to keep in your car washing supplies because it can be used as a strong and effective pre-spray during the first steps of a thorough wash. Just leave it on the surface and then rinse it off. At the same time, it’s a fantastic aid during a more intensive cleaning process and will remove old and heavily settled dirt while agitated with a gentle brush.
Use only on cold paint, never in direct sunlight or on a warm car. Do not let the product dry.

We offer various shipping options, including Royal Mail, Parcelforce, Hermes, and APC Overnight. Overnight delivery is available only within the continental United Kingdom. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Gold Label Car Care is not responsible for customs, duties, or taxes imposed during or after shipping. These fees are the customer's responsibility. Additionally, we're not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your item is damaged upon arrival, contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
For more information or to track your shipment, refer to your order confirmation email. Currently, we ship only within the United Kingdom. Special handling charges may apply for items weighing over 25kg.
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase for all returns.
To initiate a return, contact us at customerservice@goldlabelcarcare.co.uk. If your return is approved due to damage or fault, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. We do not accept returns for items sent back without prior approval.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Non-returnable items include perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.
