Alkaline Pre-Wash is an alkaline solution designed to remove hazardous contaminants and pollutants from your vehicle before you start your wash. Its powerful formula breaks down stubborn, wash-resistant, scratch-inducing contaminants, giving you a clean slate to work from when you wash your car. Alkaline Pre-Wash is safe on paint, coatings, trim, plastics, and PPF. The ideal first step after a perfect paint correction.

How to use:
• Dilute as necessary. [Exterior(1:30 ~ 1:50), Car Mats+Ceramic Coats (1:150)
• Make sure the vehicle is in a cool environment and never wash in direct sunlight
• Spray the dilution only in contaminated areas
• Let dwell for up to 1 minute - never let product dry on surface
• Rinse with high-pressure water
Available in 500ml and 4L.

We offer various shipping options, including Royal Mail, Parcelforce, Hermes, and APC Overnight. Overnight delivery is available only within the continental United Kingdom. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Gold Label Car Care is not responsible for customs, duties, or taxes imposed during or after shipping. These fees are the customer's responsibility. Additionally, we're not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your item is damaged upon arrival, contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase for all returns.
To initiate a return, contact us at customerservice@goldlabelcarcare.co.uk. If your return is approved due to damage or fault, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. We do not accept returns for items sent back without prior approval.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Non-returnable items include perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.
For exchanges, return your item and make a separate purchase for the replacement. Contact us for any questions about returns or refunds.
