SUPER BEADING ACTION
Our Ceramic Wash & Protect contains ceramic technology which applies a fine protective hydrophobic layer to your vehicle after every wash. This helps water to beautifully bead after a rain shower, and speeds up drying your car after rinsing.
Shake well. Pour 3 caps full into a bucket and add 10 litres of warm or cold water.
Hose bodywork to rinse away excess dirt, for heavy soiling prewash first using Autoglym All Purpose Cleaner.
Always work on a cool surface, shampooing the car from the roof down. Do not allow the shampoo to dry on the car.
Rinse well with clean water and dry with our Autoglym Ultra Soft Drying Towel or Autoglym InstaDry to avoid water spotting.
We recommend cleaning the windscreen after use with either Autoglym Car Glass Polish or Autoglym Fast Glass for crystal clear vision.
Orders are processed within 1 working day, with no shipping on weekends. If there are delays, we will contact you by email or phone. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your selected method and location.
We offer various shipping options, including Royal Mail, Parcelforce, Hermes, and APC Overnight. Overnight delivery is available only within the continental United Kingdom. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Gold Label Car Care is not responsible for customs, duties, or taxes imposed during or after shipping. These fees are the customer's responsibility. Additionally, we're not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your item is damaged upon arrival, contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
For more information or to track your shipment, refer to your order confirmation email. Currently, we ship only within the United Kingdom. Special handling charges may apply for items weighing over 25kg.
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase for all returns.
To initiate a return, contact us at customerservice@goldlabelcarcare.co.uk. If your return is approved due to damage or fault, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. We do not accept returns for items sent back without prior approval.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Non-returnable items include perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.
For exchanges, return your item and make a separate purchase for the replacement. Contact us for any questions about returns or refunds.
