Carbon Collective Panel Prep Surface Cleanser has now been reformulated to be stronger and more effective.

Panel Prep is an alcohol based formula designed to remove all polish and wax residues, providing the perfect base for our protective coatings, creating a stronger and more durable bond.

In addition, due to the alcohol based formula, Panel Prep is also a very effective glass cleaner, creating a streak free finish whilst being sealant-safe on our Platinum Glass and other glass sealants.

Directions:

1. Ensure all surfaces are dry and free from oil & dirt. Use Panel Prep prior to coating application.
2. Spray Panel Prep directly onto a soft microfibre cloth from 20-30cm’s away.
3. Using the damp microfibre, wipe down your chosen surface.
4. Work in sections, revealing a streak free, decontaminated finish.

We offer various shipping options, including Royal Mail, Parcelforce, Hermes, and APC Overnight. Overnight delivery is available only within the continental United Kingdom. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Gold Label Car Care is not responsible for customs, duties, or taxes imposed during or after shipping. These fees are the customer's responsibility. Additionally, we're not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your item is damaged upon arrival, contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase for all returns.

To initiate a return, contact us at customerservice@goldlabelcarcare.co.uk. If your return is approved due to damage or fault, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. We do not accept returns for items sent back without prior approval.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Non-returnable items include perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.
