The innovative design by RUPES features 2 separate functional ends; the brush head can be used to clean foam, microfiber, or short pile wool pads while still on the machine.
The semi-rigid nylon bristles are designed to dislodge dried compound residues from the pads without causing damage, so that operators can maintain optimal efficiency in their buffing process. The other end of the BigFoot Claw Pad Tool features an innovative wedge, that is used to create separation between the hook and loop attachment point for pad removal, thus eliminating the potential for accidental tears and damage to pads, when pulling them from the backing plate.

We offer various shipping options, including Royal Mail, Parcelforce, Hermes, and APC Overnight. Overnight delivery is available only within the continental United Kingdom. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Additionally, we're not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your item is damaged upon arrival, contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase for all returns.
To initiate a return, contact us at customerservice@goldlabelcarcare.co.uk. If your return is approved due to damage or fault, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. We do not accept returns for items sent back without prior approval.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Non-returnable items include perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.
