The Lake Country Pad Washer System 4000 allows you to safely and easily clean all of your polishing pads with one easy to use system! The 4000 replaces the already great 3000D Pad Washer from Lake Country but enhances some features for a more durable, more efficient pad cleaning experience. This simple to operate, self-contained cleaning system filters, and recycles your cleaning solution, allowing you to reduce the amount of contamination touching the pad. 4000 features a user-controlled pump, removable catch basin, and a replaceable filter which all help clean and leave less contamination on the pads. The new open-top design allows for easier access on the fly and reduced moving parts. Fewer parts allow for easier use and less broken or movable parts, extending the life of your pad washer overall. To use:

1. Fill to the desired level
2. Add one packet of Lake Country Snappy Clean Boost Pad Cleaner
3. Prime the pump by pushing down on it gently with your hands. Water should shoot upwards when doing so.
4. Insert soiled pad (still attached to polisher).
5. Use the power of the polisher to clean dirt and grime off of the pads.
6. Spin dry pad in the unit to avoid any sling or mess.

The new pump design eliminates pressure loss and reduces clogging or breaking. Overall the durability is drastically increased from the 3000D and the new build greatly reduces vibrations during the cleaning process. On top of these great features, the new grommet design removes the easy to lose seal with a part that stays in place with better sealing ability. Use the 4000 Pad Cleaner with most polishers (random orbital, DA, rotary) and pads (wool, foam, microfiber) of any shape or size (pads up to 9" in diameter). Snappy Clean will keep your polishing pads clean, soft, and supple. Introduced by Lake Country, Snappy Clean Pad Cleaning Powder is a concentrated cleaner that releases wax and polish from the foam or wool fibres with just a few minutes of soaking. It is not a soap, but rather a strong citrus cleaning solution that rinses out easily.

Snappy Clean Pad Cleaner is a powder that dissolves in 3-4 gallons of water. This mixture will provide enought solution to clean several pads. Just drop your used buffing pads in the mixture and agitate the pads. You may want to wear gloves since the directions caution against getting the cleaner on your skin. Wait up to 15 minutes, depending on how saturated the pads are with product. Rinse out pads with clean water and lay them out to dry. 

Snappy Clean Pad Cleaning Powder is bio-degradable and non-flammable.

Directions: Empty packet into 3-4 gallons of water. Replace solution weekly or more often with heavy usage.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase for all returns.

To initiate a return, contact us at customerservice@goldlabelcarcare.co.uk. If your return is approved due to damage or fault, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. We do not accept returns for items sent back without prior approval.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Non-returnable items include perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.
