Extra Large Towel Perfect for Any Detailing Job
Normal microfiber towels are 16’’ square; the Cloud 9 Towel is an enormous 52’’ x 36’’. The towel is blended with premium 70/30 microfiber for a soft, absorbent touch that absorbs water and picks up any missed dirt for scratch-free wiping. The premium microfiber and exclusive silk-banded edges are ultra-soft, and help prevent any swirls or scratches on sensitive paintwork and automotive surfaces.
Two Plush Heights for Unlimited Versatility
Every towel features one short nap side, and one high nap side. Use the high pile to wipe away dust and debris and buff away detail sprays for a streak-free shine, and the low pile side to remove cured paste waxes and sealants. You can even lay down the extra-large Cloud 9 Towel over fenders when detailing engine bays to avoid scratching sensitive paintwork!
Orders are processed within 1 working day, with no shipping on weekends. If there are delays, we will contact you by email or phone. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your selected method and location.
We offer various shipping options, including Royal Mail, Parcelforce, Hermes, and APC Overnight. Overnight delivery is available only within the continental United Kingdom. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Gold Label Car Care is not responsible for customs, duties, or taxes imposed during or after shipping. These fees are the customer's responsibility. Additionally, we're not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your item is damaged upon arrival, contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
For more information or to track your shipment, refer to your order confirmation email. Currently, we ship only within the United Kingdom. Special handling charges may apply for items weighing over 25kg.
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase for all returns.
To initiate a return, contact us at customerservice@goldlabelcarcare.co.uk. If your return is approved due to damage or fault, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. We do not accept returns for items sent back without prior approval.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Non-returnable items include perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.
