PH NEUTRAL FORMULATED
For peace of mind, both our Leather Cleaner and Leather Care Balm are pH neutral, making them safe for all car interior leather. This ensures that they don’t compromise on tough stain removal capabilities or impressive moisturising action.
KEEPS THE BALANCE
This Leather Clean & Protect Complete Kit provides a deep clean without stripping essential oils from your leather. It even gives you everything you need to apply a protective barrier to avoid staining, or the risk of your leather drying out and cracking.
ALL NATURAL
To preserve the appearance of your leather, once the Leather Care Balm has fully dried, you’re left with a natural, matte finish. As a bonus, both this cream and the Leather Cleaner have a rich, leather fragrance for that much loved new car smell.
Note: For use on automotive leather only, unsuitable for household leather and clothing.
How to use:
- Vacuum the interior thoroughly, using a soft brush to remove as much dust and dirt as possible.
- Shake well and test a small inconspicuous area first to check for water staining and colour fastness.
- Spray Leather Cleaner sparingly onto a microfibre cloth and gently apply to the leather, spending longer on any stains or dirt trap areas.
- After 2 minutes remove the remaining cleaner and dirt by wiping over the area with a damp Hi-Tech Aqua-Dry rinsing it frequently in clean water.
- Allow the surface to dry to a natural finish and then protect with Leather Care Balm.
For use on automotive leather only, not suitable for unsealed leather, suede or highly porous surfaces.

We offer various shipping options, including Royal Mail, Parcelforce, Hermes, and APC Overnight. Overnight delivery is available only within the continental United Kingdom. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Gold Label Car Care is not responsible for customs, duties, or taxes imposed during or after shipping. These fees are the customer's responsibility. Additionally, we're not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your item is damaged upon arrival, contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
For more information or to track your shipment, refer to your order confirmation email. Currently, we ship only within the United Kingdom. Special handling charges may apply for items weighing over 25kg.
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase for all returns.
To initiate a return, contact us at customerservice@goldlabelcarcare.co.uk. If your return is approved due to damage or fault, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. We do not accept returns for items sent back without prior approval.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Non-returnable items include perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.
