AN INSIDE JOB
Hi-Tech AquaDry Cloth at the ready? Transform your car’s interior from stained and dirty to fresh, clean and spotless with our Interior Shampoo. And don’t forget the plastic and rubber components, our Vinyl & Rubber Care will restore and protect.
We recommend to use the products in the following order to get the best results:
1. Clean your wheels with our Clean Wheels 500ml.
2. Wash your car with the Bodywork Shampoo Conditioner.
3. Finish your wheels with our Instant Tyre Dressing and finally apply the Wheel Protector.
4. Polish the car with Super Resin Polish.
5. Apply the wax with Rapid Ceramic Spray.
6. Finally clean the windows with Fast Glass and touch up plastic & rubber with our Vinyl & Rubber Care.
7. Continue inside by applying the Interior Shampoo.
8. Use Vinyl & Rubber care inside if required
9. Finish with cleaning the windows with Fast Glass inside the car The accessories can be used within the different stages of cleaning the car. Like buffing your car after applying polish & wax or the wash mitt when using the car shampoo. Full instructions for the usage of each product can be found on each individual pack.
Orders are processed within 1 working day, with no shipping on weekends. If there are delays, we will contact you by email or phone. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your selected method and location.
We offer various shipping options, including Royal Mail, Parcelforce, Hermes, and APC Overnight. Overnight delivery is available only within the continental United Kingdom. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Gold Label Car Care is not responsible for customs, duties, or taxes imposed during or after shipping. These fees are the customer's responsibility. Additionally, we're not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your item is damaged upon arrival, contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
For more information or to track your shipment, refer to your order confirmation email. Currently, we ship only within the United Kingdom. Special handling charges may apply for items weighing over 25kg.
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase for all returns.
To initiate a return, contact us at customerservice@goldlabelcarcare.co.uk. If your return is approved due to damage or fault, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. We do not accept returns for items sent back without prior approval.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Non-returnable items include perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.
For exchanges, return your item and make a separate purchase for the replacement. Contact us for any questions about returns or refunds.
