Helix Anti-Corrosion Spray is a specially formulated solution designed for underbody and rust protection. It creates a transparent soft protective film that prevents the formation of rust and corrosion, repels moisture, and halts existing rust on both flat panels and cavities.
Designed for industrial and household applications, this corrosion inhibitor has non-emulsifiable, non-staining and water-displacing properties. It provides salt spray protection and a thin, soft clear film, while also acting as penetrant and lubricant.
Helix offers simple, efficient and durable underbody protection to any vehicle, from classic cars to motorbikes, 4×4’s to Campervans, Caravans, Motorhomes and industrial vehicles and machinery such as Tractors. Helix helps to prolong the lifetime of your vehicle.
Different from traditional protective products, this liquid is thinner and easier to apply to any surface, cavity, or crevice, making it ideal for protecting a larger surface area. It also doubles as a penetrative protectant for moving parts and linkages.
On the first application, we recommend preparing the vehicle by using our Elixir Salt Remover, removing winter road salt, road grime and gunk, before applying Helix to a clean surface. Helix and Elixir can be integrated into your car care regimen without any extra hassle, masking or additional preparation.

Durability:
Helix has been rigorously tested to withstand the harshest of British weather conditions. The durability of Helix is dependent on the conditions and usage of the vehicle. If you are using Helix on a vehicle that is driven daily in the UK, it will last for about 12 months (6 months in summer and 6 months in winter). However, if you are using Helix on a vehicle that is only driven on weekends, it will last much longer.
The Finish:
Our Helix Anti-Corrosion Spray is a modern rustproofing solution that sets within minutes. Unlike other underbody products, it leaves a dry satin finish that prevents the surface from gathering dust and debris. This is a departure from traditional rustproofing methods that involve thick, wet, and greasy fluids.
Suitable For:
Helix is safe to apply to the entire vehicle underbody including; alloy metals, steel, plated and painted finishes, suspension, suspension rubbers, rose joints and underbody plastics.
We have also found it useful as a general rust protectant and penetrant, used on garage and garden tools, and exterior metalwork where rust protection is essential.
Maintenance:
Helix and Elixir are designed to work together, we recommend maintaining a protected finish with the following Elixir dilutions:
Via Spray Bottle:100ml/900ml water- pH 6.0
Via Snow Foam Lance:100ml/900ml – pH 6.7
Via Hose Adapter: Neat – pH 6.5
How to apply (Trigger Spray):
For the best results, we recommend using our Elixir Salt Remover before application.
- Thoroughly clean the area prior to application, removing loose debris to ensure maximum contact with the surface.
- Spray on liberally from top to bottom, ensuring the entire surface is evenly covered.
- In tighter areas, force the liquid into the gaps and cavities, to protect from the inside out.
- Allow the surface to dry completely before driving in wet conditions.
How to apply (Cavity Nozzle):
- Remove the existing spray nozzle from the extension hose & replace it with the Cavity Nozzle Trigger.
- Tighten the nozzle fully then back off the nozzle by a 1/4 turn.
- Slowly feed the brass injector into the cavity until you feel some resistance.
- Begin to pump the trigger, as the nozzle dispenses, slowly pull the hose, coating the internal surfaces.

We offer various shipping options, including Royal Mail, Parcelforce, Hermes, and APC Overnight. Overnight delivery is available only within the continental United Kingdom. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Additionally, we're not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your item is damaged upon arrival, contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase for all returns.
To initiate a return, contact us at customerservice@goldlabelcarcare.co.uk. If your return is approved due to damage or fault, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. We do not accept returns for items sent back without prior approval.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Non-returnable items include perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.
