Insect remains are not just unsightly, but can be damaging to your paintwork, often leaving a permanent blemish. Active Insect Remover's rich foam allows any insects to be easily wiped away with a microfibre cloth leaving you with a clean car again.
How to use:
1. Shake well and spray directly onto insect remains, allowing approximately 30 seconds for them to soften.
2. Wipe the surface with a soft cloth or hose off if you are using it prior to a full vehicle wash.
3. Stubborn insect remains may require a second application. If the product dries on, buff with a dampened cloth sprayed with Active Insect Remover.
Avoid use on hot surfaces.
Orders are processed within 1 working day, with no shipping on weekends. If there are delays, we will contact you by email or phone. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your selected method and location.
We offer various shipping options, including Royal Mail, Parcelforce, Hermes, and APC Overnight. Overnight delivery is available only within the continental United Kingdom. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Gold Label Car Care is not responsible for customs, duties, or taxes imposed during or after shipping. These fees are the customer's responsibility. Additionally, we're not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your item is damaged upon arrival, contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
For more information or to track your shipment, refer to your order confirmation email. Currently, we ship only within the United Kingdom. Special handling charges may apply for items weighing over 25kg.
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase for all returns.
To initiate a return, contact us at customerservice@goldlabelcarcare.co.uk. If your return is approved due to damage or fault, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. We do not accept returns for items sent back without prior approval.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Non-returnable items include perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.
