Apply Insect Strip in a well ventilated preferably in a dust-free environment. Always wear gloves when using chemicals and avoid contact with bare skin. If irritation develops when using Insect Strip stop immediately and wash the affected area with plenty of cold water and introduce gentle scrubbing. Insect Strip will cause irritation to eyes and airways. Always stand upwind of any spray. If Insect Strip encounters eyes rinse thoroughly with eyewash. Keep out of reach of children! If swallowed contact your local emergency services and do not induce vomiting.

We offer various shipping options, including Royal Mail, Parcelforce, Hermes, and APC Overnight. Overnight delivery is available only within the continental United Kingdom. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase for all returns.

To initiate a return, contact us at customerservice@goldlabelcarcare.co.uk. If your return is approved due to damage or fault, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. We do not accept returns for items sent back without prior approval.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Non-returnable items include perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.
