HambleChem Zero Ice is a potent formula designed to rapidly and efficiently remove ice while also eliminating grime and insects. Its versatile dual concentrate can be utilized in both winter and summer settings, making it applicable for de-icing and cleaning locks and handles during freezing winter conditions. Refer to the provided directions for the appropriate water concentrations based on the season.
Directions for De-icing use.
1. Remove cap and decant into a trigger head bottle.
2. Spray De-Icer liberally to the surface and wait for the ice to melt.
3. Thicker ice may take longer to melt, wait 1 minute then re-apply if needed.
Spray onto locks and handles, targeting recesses for effective penetration of mechanisms.
Directions for Screen Wash use:
Summer : 1 part to 40 parts water
Winter : 1 part to 15 parts water
Severe Winter : 1 part to 1 parts water

We offer various shipping options, including Royal Mail, Parcelforce, Hermes, and APC Overnight. Overnight delivery is available only within the continental United Kingdom. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Gold Label Car Care is not responsible for customs, duties, or taxes imposed during or after shipping. These fees are the customer's responsibility. Additionally, we're not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your item is damaged upon arrival, contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase for all returns.
To initiate a return, contact us at customerservice@goldlabelcarcare.co.uk. If your return is approved due to damage or fault, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. We do not accept returns for items sent back without prior approval.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Non-returnable items include perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.
